Tommy Kong is the group chairman and founder of TKNP International. He has over 45 years of professional experience as a practicing public accountant servicing multinationals, public-listed companies and small and medium enterprises across a wide range of industries.
He is experienced in audit & assurance, tax, corporate restructuring & insolvency management, capital markets advisory, due diligence review-related work and mergers and acquisitions. As an approved insolvency practitioner, Tommy has been appointed as Liquidator to over 80 companies under Singapore’s insolvency regime.
Ethan Ong has more than 20 years of experience in external, internal and ISO auditing. He started his career with Deloitte and Touche in Singapore and had served in companies such as SemCorp Industry Limited, Teledata Singapore Limited, CISCO (now known as Certis Cisco), Singapore Powers Limited and Keppel Corporation Limited as their Internal Auditor. He is also responsible for setting up and heading the Internal Audit Function in Teledata Singapore Limited and CISCO.
Ethan is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and holds an MBA from Manchester Business School.
Oscar Kong has over 15 years of public accounting and commercial experience. He has extensive experience in providing business assurance services to a wide range of clients including local public listed companies, multi-national companies, and small and medium sized enterprises including funds, associations, trading and manufacturing companies and investment holdings. Prior to this, He was in the audit & assurance practice of KPMG in Singapore.
Oscar is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and CPA (Australia).
